We will always take all possible measures to ensure that any international transfer of personal data is handled with great care and your rights are protected.
How we protect the security of your personal data
For payments we use specialized payment processors (Paypal, Stripe, Netopia mobilPay). All payment information is encrypted using state-of-the-art algorithms. Invoices are issued using Smartbill. Thus, in the case of a purchase of services or products carried out by email and not through the shopping cart on the site, you will be able to pay their value simply, quickly and safely by clicking on the payment button on the proforma invoice or via PayPal or Stripe.
On the site, we use the HTTPS encryption protocol, we store the data on secure servers and, in addition to the back-up provided by the hosting service provider, we maintain back-up in the cloud (Dropbox / Google). For email, when we communicate with you, we use the dedicated and specialized services offered by Google Suite.
All our samples have fictitious data. We will never send samples with your data, even if we were left with a few extra products (invitations, business cards, etc.). We will endeavor that the images published on the site or the social media channels will not display all your data, but we cannot make guarantees in this regard. If you want complete anonymity, please let us know and we will not publish any images with your products in which your personal data can be identified.

How long we store your personal data
The storage period will be determined by the legislative requirements, especially the fiscal / accounting ones and the internal policies.
In the case of clients who have purchased goods or services, the invoices and implicitly the data required for the invoicing cannot be destroyed before the legal term expires (the supporting documents underlying the records in the financial accounting are kept in the archive for 10 years, starting from the date end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).
In the case of visitors / users who interacted with the site or communicated with us without becoming customers, we aim to store the data for a period of max 3 years, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of this period.
