ordering process - semi-custom collection
I. Explore
Browse our collection of ready-made designs and add to cart the products that best fit your event’s aesthetic. You’ll find details regarding personalization options on each product’s description. You can also place your order by email.
II. confirm your order
You’ll be able to pay your order directly on our website. For orders larger than €500 we can split payments, but a deposit of minimum 50% has to be paid before your order goes to print.
III. content & design
You’ll be able to provide the content directly on our website. After receiving all the needed information, we will begin working on your first proof, which is a digital mock-up of your design, including all of your wording, specifications, sizes, etc.
Following submission of content and confirmation of personalization options, please allow two business days for the presentation of your initial design proofs to you for review. We will then make any necessary adjustments until your stationery pieces are just right and you’re completely happy and ready to have them printed. Make sure to double check the correctness of the text on your stationery items before providing the print approval.
IV. production & Delivery
After approving your final design, we send everything into production. We manage the printing and full or partial assembly of all of your pieces, so all you’ll have to do is mail them. Please note that we do not affix postage nor do we offer mailing services.
Please allow 1 – 3 weeks for print production (depending on printing technique; smaller digital orders can take 3 business days or less), 1 – 3 business days for delivery within EU or UK and 2 – 4 business days for US (timing is an estimate and subject to customs clearance).
Timelines will be confirmed with you once your order has been processed. Please keep in mind that timelines also depend on your efficiency and availability in the supplying of content, feedback and digital proof approval phases.

ordering process - custom design
I. get in touch
If you couldn’t find exactly what you’re looking for in the semi-custom collection, custom design might be a great choice. Please reach out using the contact form or via direct email at he***@*********ie.com. We’ll ask you to provide as many details as possible about your vision, budget and desired timeline before providing a quote.
II. confirm your order
After getting in touch, we will put together a proposal for you, depending on your budget, style, and needs. A signed contract and 50% retainer are required before any design work can begin. The remaining balance is due before your order goes into production.
III. content & design
